[Job description]

①Management the maintenance of infrastructure electrical system

-Maintain list of electrical equipment, Planning the investment and maintenance, Implementation

-Manage external service providers, contractors

-Site assessment for electrical infrastructures

②Coordinator for electrical system competence group in Japan locations

-Leading the potential bundling purchasing through analysis the demand of other locations

-Technical support to other locations on demand

[仕事内容]

①インフラ電気設備の維持管理全般

-電気設備リストの管理と設備投資・修繕計画及び実施業務

-外部業者の管理業務

-電気インフラアセスメント業務

②日本全拠点電気設備サービスコーディネーター業務

-他事業所(寄居、むさし、栃木、横浜、他十数拠点)の需要を分析し、協働購買などを主導する業務

-他事業所(寄居、むさし、栃木、横浜、他十数拠点)の需要に応じた技術的支援

資格

[Qualification]

-5 years project experience in overseas as a member of Electrical general contractor

-Factory construction project experience as electrical engineer

-2nd class chief electricity engineer license

-1st class electrician license

-1st class electrical work construction engineering license

-Energy Management Officer(Optional)

-Knowledge of electrical system maintenance and its experiences

-Able to understand document in English and correspond email in English

-Native Japanese language skill

-Recognize efficiency, KPI and able to adopt CIP activities to daily work

-Able to prepare presentation document from reviewer perspective

[資格要件]

-電気設備系ゼネコンでの海外プロジェクトの経験が5年以上あること

-電気設備技術者として工場の建設に携わった経験がある

-第2種電気主任技術者

-第1種電気工事士

-一級電気工事施工管理技士

-エネルギー管理資格（任意、あれば尚可）

-インフラ電気設備のメンテナンスの経験がある、あるいは知識がある

-英語の文書が理解でき、メールのやり取り程度ができる

-日本語ネイティブレベル

-効率、KPIを意識し、日常的に改善活動を取り入れることができる

-相手の立場で説明資料が作成できる
